4. Account Security

5. Term and Termination Policy

This Agreement will be effective, valid and subsisting as long as you use our Site.

You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by writing to kshatriyathakorsamaj.com. In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees, if any, paid by you, except where otherwise guaranteed in writing.

Term for the paid membership would be in accordance with the type of membership undertaken.

6. Refund and Assignment

A. The payments made by any kshatriyathakorsamaj.com member to Sambandh Ventures by way of membership/renewal fee/auto renewal are treated as non-refundable.

B. kshatriyathakorsamaj.com member shall not assign or transfer your kshatriyathakorsamaj.com membership to any other person or entity, and such an act shall be treated as violation of terms and conditions.

C. Payment once made for kshatriyathakorsamaj.com services cannot be assigned to any person/party or adjusted towards any other product or packages provided by the company.

7. Member Conduct

The Site is for the personal use of individual members to advertise and promote their profiles for the purpose of generating accepts from relevant matches and cannot be used in connection with any commercial endeavors.

• Include in your member profile visible to other members any telephone numbers, street addresses, URL's, and email addresses

9. Content Policy

kshatriyathakorsamaj.com may delete any listing, content, communication, photos or profiles that in its sole judgment violate this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of either kshatriyathakorsamaj.com and/or its members.

You understand that all content posted by you is your sole responsibility. kshatriyathakorsamaj.com does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content.

Prohibited content includes but is not limited to:

• Content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm against any group or individual
• Content that harasses or advocates harassment of another person
• Junk mail, chain letters, or unsolicited mass mailing
• Pornographic or sexually explicit material
• Content that exploits people under the age of 18
• Instructional information about illegal activities

10. Copyright Policy
